I didn't even higher THIS company. Air 1, also a scam, highered them and I have gotten naught only lies and bull excuses. It will be a month tomorrow I am without my things and they have obviously been in their warehouse for two weeks. The managing director fifty-fifty said to my blood brother the excuses we got were lies! And then when I called and tried to ask for a manager more than than 20 times and the trivial punk add kid Chris R @ 6502430407 copped an attitude and straight up would non let me speak to a managing director no matter how many times I asked. He was giggling and acting like a niggling bi7(4 about me non believing him (after being told he lied) and kept trying to give me more bull.
All reports have been made to the BBB DOT and FMCSA. I'thou not playing effectually. This kid was so f-Ing rude and it's non even a recorded line. Acting a fool when he claimed he didn't know what kind of bad twenty-four hours I had and I said it was considering of him and this matter. He kept saying information technology was insulting that I think my stuff has been pillaged and stolen especially since I accept not gotten it back. And that do I really think he would work for a visitor that was a scam and doing this s4't…. Well Chris r … yes I do, especially after your cute display of incompetence and inability to control yourself for a professional temper.

DO Not Use this carrier, finally received items couple months later, rude driver showed up in rental truck with license plate tucked under, the boxes were damaged across conventionalities, items broken, missing and tried to extort more money out
of me earlier would fifty-fifty show me if my items were in the truck as
packing list driver had did not match. Boiled down, they brokered my load to unprofessional people. Note, this is after I called Amend Business Bureau, Miami District attorneys part who told me this is a familiar story and I called the Federal Motor carrier'

This is a scam company who steals, cheats and lies to their customers! They will overcharge, bribery you, hold your stuff to bribe until you lot've paid extortionate charges and fees and they will take a grinning on their face as they do it!

They do not care near customers and are simply interested in sitting on a bed of money that they have conned out of others.

Use another moving company and relieve yourself time, money and stress. This company will pelting nothing but misery and hurting on yous if you bargain with them

This company is worse than useless! They are a agglomeration of criminals who scam and commit fraud to clasp every penny they can out of you. They will charge extra for any little affair they can. Y'all tin can never get hold of anyone, you don't know where they accept your stuff and they refuse to requite it back then until you lot pay whatever blackmail they deem appropriate to demand of you. I accept reported this company to the Federal Trade Committee due to their criminality and them taking advantage of people for their ain gain.

The manager of this company is the puppet master and pulling the strings of every commuter that works for them. The manager cares little about the law, customer service and does not accept whatsoever morales or shame. It is all about how much coin this company can screw people out of. Well I use the term company loosely as I tin can't peradventure see how any person can operate a business with their morales or lack of them.

This company is by far the worst visitor I have always dealt with. Hired them for my move, they were late, kept wanting more and more than money and held out stuff ransom until we paid. When our stuff was delivered, there was valuable items missing. Customer service is not existent. They brand the rules up equally they go and if you dare query anything, you are charged by the minute for the privilege. They hold you over a barrel until they break your spirit and you pay the ransom price they are demanding.

Save yourself stress and get with a reputable moving company, not these absolute jokers.

Sham Company, They will bait you, brand broken promises, Missing article of furniture still in Miami, How can you sleep on beds without mattresses, eat on a dining room table with no top, the list goes on and on. Also don't be fooled, they go by other names such as New City Moving and who knows how many other names. If I could I'd requite them a 0. DO Non Employ THIS COMPANY! This was one of the worst moving experiences of my life. They were difficult to get in contact with, inverse the date of my pick up three times, bodacious me they'd do what they referred to as a "live load" so my stuff would exist expedited and promised 3-5 days. But once 3 days rolled effectually and I tried to reach out they screened all of my calls and texts then eventually brokered my move to some random company if it was even an actual visitor, because I nevertheless oasis't heard from them since they picked up my stuff.
